For Direct Support Positions (DSP)
- An extra .50 cents an hour for hours worked between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
- An extra $2 an hour for hours worked between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday.
- For hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., employees receive $2 an hour.
- For overnight positions between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., employees receive an additional $3 an hour.
Benefits & Perks
Time Off
Full time and part time employees receive 8 paid holidays a year. For holidays that fall on weekend days, residential employees receive holiday pay on the actual day, while the rest of the agency receives holiday pay on either the Friday or Monday.
Paid Sick Leave
Arc GLOW employees begin to accrue sick leave immediately and are eligible to use this time as needed.
Vacation Time
Full time and part time employees begin to accrue vacation time immediately and can use that time after three months of benefit eligible employment.
- 10 days of vacation in their first year of employment.
- 15 days of vacation in years 2 through 4
- 20 days of vacation in years 5 through 9
- 25 days of vacation with 10+ years of service
401k
Employees are eligible immediately begin contributing to the 401k. After one year of employment the agency match of 5% begins. Employer contributions are on a 5 year vesting schedule.
