Arc GLOW has successfully placed hundreds of workers throughout our communities.
Hilltop workers perform independently, backed by guidance from a professional job coach. The coach learns the job duties and industry standards of the position and then helps the employee by instructing, overseeing, and providing on-site assistance and support.
Through our vocational training programs where they start as Arc GLOW employees, we help individuals with disabilities succeed in the workforce.
