Jessica Pierce
As the Intake Coordinator at Arc GLOW, Jessica’s primarily role is assisting with and facilitating residential admissions, which includes everything from screening residential referrals, to facilitating admission meetings, and everything in between. Jessica can also be found helping represent Arc GLOW at various community events.
Kalen Wilson-Drewery
Jean Angililli, M.S.
As the Eligibility and Service Access Coordinator, Jean helps guide individuals and families through the OPWDD eligibility process (for Livingston and Wyoming Counties), and also helps process referrals for those seeking services through Arc GLOW. She maintains relations with community partners to help keep stakeholders informed of what Arc GLOW has to offer.
Jen Warner
As the Director of HIPAA and Quality Improvement, Jen’s role include overseeing the Intake team to help ensure a smooth process for those accessing Arc GLOW services, developing the Quality Improvement plan and monitoring improvement goals and activities, and serving as the agency’s HIPAA Privacy Officer to help ensure the agency is properly safeguarding peoples’ information.
